Favored Et Tu Walker continued his love affair with the Betfair Hollywood Park turf course in the $57,056 feature Friday.

Honored as the top claiming performer of the Spring/Summer meet earlier in the year, the 4-year-old son of Shakespeare won for the fourth time in his seventh start over the layout.

After stalking the pace set by Truest Legend and Kingpin Ryno, Et Tu Walker, the 19-10 choice, gained the advantage early in the stretch and went on to defeat 8-1 shot Circa’sgoldengear by 1 ¼ lengths.

Ridden by Corey Nakatani, Et Tu Walker, who is out of the Shadeed mare Inspired Hope, completed the six furlongs in 1:094.04.

Owned by Jeff Ho, Gary Margolis and trainer Doug O’Neill, Et Tu Walker has won seven of 20 and banked $208,680. Six of his wins have come in 13 starts this year.

Worse than third only once in six races over the BHP grass, Circa’sgoldengear paid $7.20 and $4.40. The California bred finished a half-length in front of 5-2 second choice Gonna Fly Now.

The show price on Gonna Fly Now, who was making his initial start on turf, was $3.20.

Silver Dragon was fourth ahead of Royal F J, El Mirage King, Truest Legend, Kingpin Ryno and Camp Victory.

A Toast to You, the upset winner of the California Flag Oct. 19 at Santa Anita, was scratched after getting loose during the post parade.

Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert and jockey Martin Garcia combined for a double earlier in the day, winning with odds-on favorites Infosec ($3.40) in the fourth and Streaming ($3) in the sixth.
